Really great customer support with my issue. Sorted within a couple of hours. Really pleased. Loved the tool. A great addition to your content creation!

This has to be the most unstable and buggy video editing software on the market.

Stock files (video/audio) frequently hit copywrite strikes on YT. That's when you can actually get them to even load in veed.io without the thing crashing.

Saving & exporting is also another crippling problem.
If your video is anything over 5 minutes, you risk loosing not only progress but your sanity.

For the price point, I cannot even remotely recommend this site.

I looked at a lot of companies before selecting Veed for an audiogram of my podcast. Many other were oddly priced or seemed quite disorganized.

Veed is incredible--they do a great job and are very good at what they do. I'm subscribed to just a tiny part of the services they offer and they are inspiring me to be more creative just so I can use their services.

Impossible to get in contact with helpdesk to delete account. It's either "name is too short" even though I spelled it correctly or "You are performing this write action too often". Are you kidding me??

I am glad that such a platform is available, where I can process videos according to my needs.

VEED is amazingly intuitively designed, simple but highly functional. In comparison to various audio and video editors I have used, which still think that what podcasters need is all the buttons whose names they don't even know the meaning of -- and with terrible or outdated user interfaces to boot -- VEED is a pleasure. I tried it for the one-month trial, but will be definitely keeping my subscription.

Easy to use! Loved that I could edit YouTube videos too! Excellent customer service!

The software is so quick at captioning my videos, and the customer service was great. Sarah helped me export a video I needed in a hurry when their site was fixing a bug. She exported the video from her end and made sure I had what I needed, AND gave me a timeline for when the bug would be fixed site-wide (which it was, on time).

Super happy with my experience with VEED and will use it anytime I need subtitles for my videos.

Best of the best. It has everything my business needs. Professional clips, funny social media clips, seasonal clips, both audio and video are exceptional. Their customer service is great too. I haven't found a second paid or free software that can do auto-subtitles as Veed yet. Bought a £55 for a month. Worth every penny. Very happy with it.

I was having a lot of problems recording a video but thankfully support was able to help walk me through it all. The support by Veed has been by far the quickest support via email I have ever received and not only that, they made sure to work with me so I could figure out how to use the product correctly. Really appreciate it!

Nice tool, but once they get you on subscription they never notify you again and keep charging every month. I did overpay 100 EUR for not using it over 5 months. Nice trick. I would expect you refunded these money to me.

Sarah was fantastic and stayed on until my issue was resolved. She even found multiple work-arounds throughout to help ensure I'd be able to complete my urgent project on time. Thank you!
